Clinton and ZeminWhat better conceit, following President Clinton's meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Jiang Zemin, than to depict the two leaders as intersecting balls. Clinton's trip to China generated much less interest than President Nixon's. Perhaps, like his predecessor, he should have taken the ball by the horns, and played ping pong. |
