StarrIndependent Counsel Kenneth Starr's face is round and expressionless. At best, it features the cool, bland smile I have sketched out here. The fervour of the religious right may shine from his zealous eyes -- perhaps the only enthusiasm allowed by his strict upbringing and the self-control required of a judge. Starr has played the principal role in this silly scandal: but if you look closely, Clinton's features -- and perhaps Monica's, too -- are visible in the jumbled lines of his face. |
