Ingredients:
1 kg chicken cubes
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 tbsp. of each: finely chopped coriander, ginger powder, curry powder
1 tsp. of each: ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, salt, allspice, oregano, crushed garlic
Method:
Place chicken cubes in a shallow non-metal dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain chicken cubes and thread onto bamboo skewers. Lightly grease a grill with olive oil. Place skewers on top after preheating it. Cook each side for six minutes or until grilled to your taste. Serve with saffron rice, rice with khalta and a rich green salad.
