Every time I see Hillary Clinton -- in photos, on TV -- she seems to be laughing heartily or smiling in deep satisfaction. I drew her in circles and curlicues: round cheeks, round eyes, round mouth, round nose. Even her hair, despite her escape from the bouffant style toward more severe lines, seems to want to curl. Chelsea, on the other hand, has given her locks free reign; but her smile comes and goes.
