Around the galleries
APART from its permanent collection of Islamic ceramic works, the recently opened Gezira Culture Centre includes four galleries -- the Said El-Sadr, the Raghib Ayyad, the Kamal Khalifa and the El-Hussein Fawzi galleries -- each holding a different exhibition. Currently on show are ceramic works, including an installation, Reading for All, by Hassan Osman; impressionistic, Turneresque landscapes by Mustafa Kamal; pencil drawings of faces and parts of the human body by Sanaa Moussa and mixed media representations of manuscripts by Emad Abu Zeid.
