At the Ratib Seddiq Hall in the Cairo Atelier, painter Mohamed Mahmoud Hussien exhibits 45 drawings, pastel and pencil, displaying an incredible capacity for adapting the insights of the psyche and various cultural symbols to everyday objects, offering an inventive, imaginative and impressive selection of works. The subdued (if emotionally potent) colour schemes and unexpected arrangements of these drawings make for an exciting exhibition.
