Pinochet
Pinochet seems to be a living exception to the rule that fate catches up with criminals in the end. Will he get off scot-free for the crimes he has committed? His victims' relatives can only hope that he will receive his punishment in another life, but that seems scant comfort indeed. And so he remains, eyes bulging with remnants of anger, hand contorted on a sceptre, or a cane.By George Bahgory
