THE ASSOCIATION of Friends of the National Cancer Institute will benefit from the sale of works by the Italian Artist Bruno Fael, whose recent paintings, all of which were inspired by an earlier trip to Egypt, are currently on show at the Stella di Mare hotel in Ain Soukhna. In addition to donating the proceeds from the sale of one painting to the Association, which is raising funds towards the construction of a hospital in Cairo specialising in the treatment of children with cancer, Fael has also produced a CD of musical compositions by himself and other artists, the sale of which will also benefit the charity.

The exhibition continues at the Stella di Mare until 13 October, after which it will transfer to Cairo, inaugurating a new gallery in the First Residence Mall.
