Fayza Abul-Naga's is the face that floats out of the crowd at the donors' conference in Sharm Al-Sheikh: pronounced features that remain reserved, gathered in upon themselves in the centre of her sharply delineated face, and an optimistic expression that never slips into euphoria, but rather allows itself to be taken for polite approval.
