Tenet

Mr Tenet's eyes could be traffic lights, his hand is solid as a road block; but his best-laid plans will not hold back those the world has dispossessed, especially when those plans fail to recognise their dispossession. In Egypt and Yemen, though, Mr Tenet has been busy as can be. Perhaps, then, his hand is raised in a sympathetic salute?
