![]() Mervat Ragab, who survived the recent EgyptAir plane crash in Tunisia, has worked with Egyptian Radio and Television since 1964, as news-anchor, presenter of cultural and news programmes, as head of the International Relations Department and head of Egyptian Television, a position from which she resigned in October 2001, six months after being appointed. She is now adviser to the chairman of the Egyptian Radio and Television Broadcasting Union (ERTU) and a simultaneous translator. |
