Wekalet Kahla has been cleared, restored, and made ready to accommodate pollution-free workshops.
Non-polluting workshops like this primitive shisha factory at Wekalet Al-Kharroub will be transferred to Wekalet Kahla, and this site will house a health unit, a nursery and a library.
