Chicken and Tomato Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

500 gms chicken breast fillets (cut into strips)
6 spring onions (chopped)
1 tsp crushed garlic
3 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
2 small red or green chillies (chopped)
1 large tomato (peeled and chopped)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp horseradish cream sauce
salt + pepper + oregano
2 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Add onions, garlic, chillies at a few moments' interval between each. Stir- fry over high heat for a couple of minutes. Add chicken strips. Stir-fry until lightly goldened. Add tomato paste, sauce and horseradish. Stir for one minute. Add seasoning and lemon juice. Stir for 2 minutes. Serve with boiled and buttered pasta or with mashed potatoes.
