Stir Fried Teriyaki Prawns

Ingredients:

500 gms. medium-large prawns
6 garlic cloves (roasted in skin)
1 large green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 large red bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1/2 cup sliced green beans
1/2 cup sliced spring onions or leeks
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade
1 tbsp. corn oil

Method:

Peel and de-vein prawns, leaving tail intact. Squeeze out roast garlic from skin and mash with a fork. Place prawns in a shallow dish. Pour over Teriyaki marinade and roasted garlic. Marinate refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight. Drain prawns reserving half of the marinade. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry prawns for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked. Add beans, spring onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Toss through remaining marinade and chili sauce. Stir-fry for one minute. Serve with noodles or rice.
