SANAA GAMIL: Theatre's first lady for more than half a century, uncrowned queen of the acting profession died on Sunday. She will always bring to mind such figures as Sara Bernhardt, Bette Davies and Gloria Swanson. I wanted to convey the charm of her sidelong glance, the arresting sweetness of her smile and the inimitable charisma with which the echo of her voice is imbued.
