Chocolate Rum and Raisin

Ingredients:
1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
2 tbsp. rum or brandy
1 cup milk
1 cup dark chocolate pieces (sweetened)
1 cup prepared custard
1/4 cup cream
Method:
Place raisins into a small bowl. Top with rum or brandy. Allow to soak for at least one hour. Pour chocolate into a double boiler pan stirring to melt. Blend in custard cream and raisins mixing well. Pour into glass bowl. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve chilled with cookies.
