CHILDREN AND WAR, the International Committee of the Red Cross campaign launched last year, will begin activities in Egypt on 24 January in collaboration with the Egyptian Red Crescent and under the auspices of Mrs Suzanne Mubarak. The campaign aims at the rehabilitation of children -- such as the pupils at this bombed out primary school in Bugutovo, Yugoslavia -- subjected to the trauma of war.
