Spicy Sausage Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 kg. butcher prepared spicy sausages
3 medium tomatoes (cut into 1cm. cubes)
1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
1 small green capsicum (bell pepper) cut in small cubes
2 tbsp, chopped fresh coriander
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt + 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Method:
Combine tomatoes, onion, capsicum, coriander, salt, lemon juice and Tabasco, to taste, in a medium bowl. Refrigerate, then allow to come to room temperature before serving. Grill or fry sausages over medium- high heat for 10 minutes, turning often. Set aside to cool, then cut into halves. Mix into tomato mixture on serving plate. Serve with crusty bread.
