Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
200gms. green beans
can or jar baby corn, drained (approx. 200gms.)
2 large stalks of celery (sliced)
1 large red pepper (or 2 medium) (sliced)
2 tsps. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tsps. lemon juice
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsps. corn oil
Method:
Top and tail beans. Cut corn into quarters lengthways. Heat oils combined in a wok. Add vegetables, garlic and sesame seeds. Stir constantly over heat for about two minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add soya sauce and lemon juice. Stir over heat one more minute. Serve immediately as a side dish to grilled prawns.
