Sufra Dayma: Christmas drinks(1)

Christmas Punch: Christmas Punch is as old as Christmas! It brings to mind the heart-warming sociability shared among family members and friends on such a special festive season, gathering over a cold drink, that definitely warms up the hearts.
Ingredients:
2X1 litre cartons orange juice
1X1 litre carton pineapple juice (unsweetened)
2 oz. (60/ml) brandy
1/2 bottle sweet red wine
250 gms. strawberries (chopped)
2 medium red-skinned apples (unpeeled and chopped)
2 medium oranges (peeled and chopped)
1 sprig of mint (fresh)
1 stick of cinnamon
Method:
Soak all the fruit cinnamon and mint in brandy overnight, refrigerated. Combine all drinks in a large Punch bowl. Make sure they have been all well chilled. Just before serving, stir in marinated fruits in brandy, adding them with the marinade. Remove the cinnamon and mint. Serve cold.
