 Making his first appearance in Egypt's largest selling daily Al-Ahram, renowned painter and cartoonist Helmi El-Touni suggests that when Egyptian police investigating a crime are stymied, they magically produce a mentally unstable individual as the culprit. The same thing happened concerning the sinking of the Egyptian ferry. 'Mentally deranged reveals the mystery of the crisis. The passengers bore a hole in the ship and sank with it to embarrass the authorities and businessmen'  The Freedom of expression has been abused.
