Iraqi President Jalal Talabani has perhaps more to celebrate than anyone else the third anniversary of the fall of the regime of Saddam Hussein. I illustrated his determination to succeed, his dimpled chin and ruddy cheeks. But, can he save his nation that teeters on the verge of civil war? Let us hope peace prevails in Iraq.
