 It is this time of the year again, when Cairo gears up for its very own International Book Fair. The 39th Book Fair has proved to be an especially exhilarating event. Thanks, in large measure, to Nasser El-Ansary, head of the General Egyptian Book Organisation, this has been the cultural event of the year par excellence.
