United States President George W Bush pays a visit to the Red Sea resort of Sharm El-Sheikh this week. He comes with all the razzmatazz and aplomb of a US president. I illustrated him with a black eye, a star-spangled bow-tie and a pin-striped suit. His hair is immaculately coiffured. He will just have to grit his teeth and carry on until his term in office runs out.
