Tuna Spread

Make about 65 triangles
Ingredients:
4 x 185 gm cans tuna (drained)
1 medium onion
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream (or) labneh
2 tbsp mustard
Salt + pepper
4 ready-sliced pecked white or brown bread loaves
Method:
In a food processor, mix all above ingredients. Process until mixture becomes paste- like. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours. Spread mixture paste with a knife over each slice of two of the four loaves. Cover each slice with another slice of the remaining two loaves. With a very sharp knife, cut off the brown crust around each sandwich. Slice each sandwich diagonally, forming two triangles. When all quantity is prepared, place in an airtight covered container and refrigerate until served, or serve immediately.
