 The lady's not for turning. Tzipi Livni is happy to play Margaret Thatcher, or rather Golda Meir. The Kadima leader is a bundle of energy. Her feminine graces and demeanour mask an iron-steeled will, a cruel callousness that is bent on securing the interests of the Israelis exclusively to the detriment of the Palestinian people.
