 United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton opens her mouth in utter astonishment and disbelief when she sees the wanton destruction inflicted on the hapless Palestinians in Gaza. She sees children buried beneath the rubble of buildings blasted by the Israelis. She understands, as if for the first time, the full impact and horror of war.
