Crunchy Fruit Trifle

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 peaches or nectarines
1 cup crunchy toasted oat cereal
2/3 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp jam (your choice)
1 tbsp fruit juice (your choice)
Method:
Remove stone from fruit. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Divide chopped fruit between two tall glasses, reserving a few pieces for decoration. Sprinkle oat cereal over fruit in an even layer of one third of the glass capacity. Top with yoghurt in same capacity. Stir the jam and the fruit juice together in a jug, then drizzle mixture over yoghurt. Decorate with the reserved fruit pieces and serve immediately.
