Since the 25 January Revolution all eyes have turned to Prosecutor-General Abdel-Meguid Mahmoud. He is the man people trust with handing down just sentences to those who betrayed the country, stole its wealth and spread corruption. Mahmoud comes in the nick of time. Dozens of cases are awaiting his ruling in this critical juncture. People's hopes are pinned on him to bring justice back to society and put the decayed regime's stalwarts behind bars. I illustrated him with eyes deeply concerned, bearing the responsibility of ridding Egypt of its corrupt strata.
