Every Sunday, 8.30pm: The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments, conducted by Abdel-Rahman Al-Shafaai, performs dances and songs from Upper Egypt on mizmar, tabla and other traditional musical instruments.
Every Friday, 8.30pm: “Al-Aragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muizz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.

Thurs 12, 8pm: The National Arab Music Ensemble, conducted by Hazem Al-Qasabgi in a programme of classical Arab songs composed by the likes of Abdel-Wahab, Mohamed Fawzi, Mohamed Al-Mogui and Riyad Al-Sonbati.
Fri 13, 8pm: The Cairo Opera Orchestra, conducted by David Crescenzi and the Cairo Opera Company, directed by Iman Mustafa present a selection of Walt Disney’s songs.  
Sat 14, 8pm: The Cairo Symphony Orchestra, conducted by maestro Ahmed Al-Saedi presents "Tchaikovsky’s Great Symphonies III" concert playing works by Wagner, Mozart, and Tchaikovsky featuring soprano Iman Mustafa, accompanied by pianist Anne Queffelec.
Tues 17 and Wed 18, 8pm: Pianist Omar Khayrat and his orchestra.

Thurs 12, 8pm: A concert of Spanish folk dance features Mona Burkhardt with El Melodias Encantadoras Orchestra performing a huge selection of Pasodoble and classical Latin tunes.
Fri 13, 8pm: The Jets band features Samir Habib.  
Mon 16, 8pm: The Cairo Symphony Orchestra.  
Tues 17, 8pm: A singing recital from Slovakia.  
Thurs 19, 8pm: Duo piano recital by Dina Abdel Hameed and Ghassan Al-Yousef from Syria.

Thurs 12, 8pm: “Ali Qandil and Al-Nobalaa (The Nobles)” is a stand-up comedy show.
Be ready for two successive hours of laughter with the stand-up comedy star Ali Qandil and Al-Nobalaa team.  
Fri 13, 7.30pm: Abou Sha'ar Brothers band from Syria is composed of six brothers who are gathered for the love of the Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) and praising him. They perform Sufi and religious chanting.  
Thurs 19, 7.30pm: Arabish band plays Arabic pop and foreign modern famous songs.
Wisdom Hall
Thurs 12, 7.30pm: Poet Ahmed Haddad along with Hazim Shahin on oud are gathered again to present a new poetic singing evening.  
Sat 14, 8pm: Oud recital by musician Mohamed Yehia in a special concert, with special songs and rhythms.
Sun 15, 7.30pm: An Arab music concert features singer Magdy Khalil.  
Wed 18, 7.30pm: Hatem Al-Sharqawi and his band perform Oriental fusion, as well as east-meets-west compositions.
Thurs 19, 6 and 8pm: El Sawy Culturewheel Puppet Theatre show revives the concerts of the diva Um Kolthoum playing two of her best songs.

Fri 13, 8pm: Cairo Steps band (Egypt-Germany) featuring for the first time in Egypt Quadro Nuevo quartet presenting “Flying Carpet” project, music concept by Basem Darwish and Quadro Nuevo, conducted by Sebastian Müller and Schrobsdorff with guests of honour religious chanters Ali Al-Helbawi and Sheikh Ehab Younis, together with flautist Inès Abdel Daïm.
