Sun 18, 1pm: Celebrating the International Day of Yoga on the 21st of June, the center will present its monthly roundtable entitled "Yoga for Wellbeing." The roundtable will focus on different aspects of Yoga and how it unifies the body, mind and soul in order to achieve a balanced life. Speakers and practitioners will share their thoughts and experiences on the role and importance of Yoga in modern life. The discussion will be followed by an interactive session with the audience along with a demonstration of various Yoga postures by the Yoga Instructor of the Embassy of India in Cairo and his team.

Thurs 15,12pm: “My Journey into Mosaics, Turning a Childhood Fantasy into Oriental Artworks,” a lecture by Suzanne Spahi, as part of the Art School Programmes and Activities.
Sun 18, 1pm: A lecture to announce the launch of BA's 9th Annual Grand Reading Programme. Every year, the programme selects a novel or short story and organizes a number of different activities related to the story, to encourage readers on interactional reading. This year the programme chose a group of novellas by Writer Yehia Haqi, namely Kaan (As if), Sareq Al Kohl (The Kohl Thief), Emraa Meskina (A Poor Woman) and Al Ferash Al Faregh (The Empty Bed).
The lecture will discuss the programme activities that comprise seminars, contests and workshops, including one for those with hearing and talking impairments.
