“Treasures of Our Art Museums,” a group exhibition of masterpieces by legendary Egyptian and foreign painters and sculptors such as Injy Aflatoun, Mahmoud said, Rateb Seddik, Seif Wanly, Mohamed Nagui, Mohamed Sabry, Rodin Auguste, Delacroix Eugene, George Waterhouse, Lapini Cesare (closing 31 August).

The Photographic Gallery
“John Feeney: Retrospective, 40 Years of Photographing Egypt”. Feneey’s photographs depict Egypt’s epic grandeur. They include aspects of the country rarely dealt with – the unique domes of Cairo, the extraordinary multi-coloured pavilions of the Tentmakers’ Street, the gathering of jasmine blossoms in the Nile Delta, the shadow puppet plays of Cairo’s street theatre, and the mosques, mausoleums, and hammams of the Islamic city (closing 13 July).

“It is Me The Egyptian 2,” a group exhibition organised in celebration of the 30 July Revolution and features 120 paintings by visual artists and cartoonists (2-9 July).

Palace of Arts
“Wings of Mexico,” two wings of bronze created by Mexico's world-renowned contemporary artist Jorge Marin placed upon an iron frame, above three steps of concrete, two isolated wings, that seemingly stand in thin air; then, someone climbs the steps, stands in front of them and, for that moment, it all makes sense. The sculpture will be placed in front of the entrance of the Palace of Arts building for six month until next October.

“I Have a Sensitive Digestion,” when the collective was founded in February 2017, two of the three founders were sleeping. In the following months, they woke up many times to develop a common practice of perception which results in a body including a super-digesting system: le citron bleu. In this exhibition featuring Alessandra Respini, Lorenz Rieser and Jan Bachmann, you'll have the singular chance to explore this body on the ceiling of the Mashrabia gallery with the merciful help of little mirrors that are provided at the entrance (closing 10 July).
