Every Friday, 8.30pm: “Al-Aragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muaaz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.

Sat 7, 6.55pm: Vincenzo Bellini’s opera “Norma” live in HD from the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
Sun 8, 8pm: Celebrating the 25th anniversary of  the Egyptian-Armenian diplomatic relations, the String Quartet features a concert of chamber music presented by Ashot Tigranyan Cultural Musical Foundation.
Thurs 12, 8pm: The Egyptian Philharmonic Society concert.

Thurs 5, 10.30pm: Some of the best local musicians that the city has to offer have come together to form an all-new blues band; George Aboutar on vocals/electric guitar, Maged Faltas on drums, Hesham Galal on Keyboards, Mohamed Al-Mallawany on bass, and Nour Ashour, Mitko Dinitrov and Mark Horton on brass instruments. Herr Diebold Ond Kollega, a German rock n roll band will be playing favourite rock classics and who knows, they might even surprise us with some Arabic tunes.
Fri 6, 10pm: Deep progressive house with a touch of Tech by DJ Black 8 while Special K and Arrab will play back to back.
Sat 7, 10. 30pm: Looperia Project presents a blend of spiritual lyrics and gnawa rhythms with a Sufi twist form the unique yet familiar African sounds. While Ahmed Omar’s AfriCairo Project aims to create a dialogue between diverse cultures and customs and to close the distances between communities.
Sun 8, 10.30pm: A captivating performance with Malak Al-Husseiny’s sweet voice  and Moataz Said’s mesmerizing guitar chords. Shady Ahmed will then take over and play some of his original contemporary Arabic songs as well as favorite rock and pop covers.

Thurs 5, 8pm: Alsarah and The Nubatones blend a selection of Nubian ‘songs of return’ from the 1970’s-today with original material and traditional myusiuc of central Sudan.

Thurs 5, 8pm: The Cairo Opera Company, supervised by Iman Mustafa and featuring pianist Medea Ormotsadze performs the world’s greatest musicals and songs of international movies.
Fri 6, 8pm: Al-Enshad Al-Dini troupe, conducted by Omar Farahat in a repertoire of religious songs.
Sun 8, 8pm: The National Arab Music Ensemble performs classical Arab songs by Mohamed Abdel-Wahab.  
Thurs 12, 8pm: Al-Mawlawiya Al-Masriya troupe, led by Sufi chanter Amer Al-Toni in a repertoire of Sufi songs and dances.

Fri 6, 8pm: Ahmed Mounib and Mohamed Fouad live in two different continents, but music was able to gather them to compose the most charming pieces together on the melodies of the piano and violin.
Sat 7, 8pm: Religious chanting by Sheikh Ehab Younis.

Thurs 5, 6 and 8pm: El Sawy Culturewheel Puppet Theatre show revives the concerts of diva Umm Kolthoum playing two of her much-loved songs.
Sat 7, 9pm: Pop singer Ali Al-Haggar in a repertoire of his own songs as well as classical Arab songs.
Tues 10, 7.30pm: Classical Arab songs by Al Fan Al Asil (authentic art) Choir.
Wed 11, 7pm: A concert features famous Georgian pianist David Edgar who toured the world and performed many live concerts on different theaters and his daughter Nino David who will join him to present an outstanding ballet show.
