Sun 20 to Sat 26, 9.30pm: “The Spiritual Anthems Nights” are organised for the fourth year by Misr Al-Kheir Foundation, Hewar Foundation for Peoples Arts and Cultures. The nights offer a rich artistic programme, designed by artist Intesar Abdel-Fattah featuring shows from Egypt, Syria, Palestine, and Indonesia such as Al-Sham evening enlivened by artist Adnan Al-Sasa (Syria), Al-Dabka performance (Palestine), the public show Hassaballah the Seventeen and Al-Hakeba (The Bag) Theatre.

Every Sunday, 9.30pm: The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments, conducted by Abdel-Rahman Al-Shafaai, performs dances and songs from Upper Egypt on mizmar, tabla and other traditional musical instruments.
Every Friday, 9.30pm: “Al-Aragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muaaz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.
Sat 26, 9.30pm: Religious chanting by Halaqat Zikr troupe.   

Mon 28, 9.30pm: A concert features Munshid (religious chanter) Hossam Saqr.

Wed 30, 9.30pm: A singing concert by the National Centre for Theatre, Music and Folk Arts troupe.  

Thurs 31, 9.30pm: Munshid (religious chanter) Zein Mahmoud.

Thurs 24, 9.30pm: The Arab Music Heritage Ensemble in a repertoire of classical Arab songs.

Sat 26, 9.30pm: The Cairo Celebration Choir, A Cappella Choir and the Cairo Symphony Orchestra perform Elia Abu Madi's poem La Philosophie de La Vie, composed and conducted by maestro Nayer Nagui. The programme also includes works by the likes of Mohamed Saad Basha, Ahmed Abdallah and Amr Okba. The concert will feature singers Rehab Metawi and Bilal Al-Sheikh.

Fri 25, 9.30pm: Percussionist Nesma Abdel-Aziz performs on marimba a number of compositions by Omar Khayrat, Gamal Salama as well as Ramadan songs.

Sun 27, 9.30pm: Hazem Shahine and his band.

Mon 28, 9.30pm: Abu Shaar Brothers troupe from Syria performs Sufi chants.

Tues 29, 9.30pm: “Old is Gold” concert presents Ayamna Al-Helwa (Our Happy Days) band in a repertoire of old Egyptian songs. 

Wed 30, 9.30pm: Sufi chanting from the Egyptian heritage by Sheikh Ihab Younis.

Thurs 31, 9.30pm: Vocalist Dina Al-Wedidi and her band.

Thurs 24, 9.30pm: A chamber music concert features Sherif Salaheddin.

Sat 26, 9.30pm: Indonesia traditional cultural and music heritage performed by an Indonesian folk arts troupe composed of 15 artists.

Sun 27, 9.30pm: The Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina concert.

Mon 28, 9.30pm: The Embassy of Tunisia concert features Tunisian violinist Anis Al-Qoulaiby and his band.  

Thurs 31, 9.30pm: A concert by Palestine Folk and Traditional Arts troupe.
