Al-Laaba Al-Shaaya (The Naughty Toy), a children play written by Hussein Al-Sawaf, puppets movement by Amira Adel, décor by Amir Abdel-Massih and directed by Hany Ezzeddin
(Performances run on Thursdays and Fridays starting Thursday 24, Friday 25 May, Friday 1 and Saturday 2 June, 10pm).

Al-Saa Al-Akheera (The Last Hour), a play performed by Al-Ghad Theatre Company and describes the last hour of the life of the American pilot who dropped the atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima and the psychological suffering he went through after dropping the first atomic bomb in history. Written by Sawiris Cultural Foundation award winner for the same book Eissa Gamaleddin, the play casts among many others Samia Atef, Sherif Sobhi, décor and costume design by Mohamed Hamed and directed by Nasser Abdel-Moneim (Performances run daily, 9.30pm).

Al-Leila Al-Kebira (The Big Night), a puppet theatre show performed by

the Cairo Puppet Theatre Company, written by the late Salah Jahin and directed by the late Salah Al-Saqqa (Performances run daily starting Wednesday 23 May for one week, 9pm).

Youm Mo’atadel Gedan (A Very Calm Day), a play performed by The Youth Theatre Company, casts Kamal Attiya and a group of budding actors, poems written by Sameh Osman, music composed by Karim Arafa, costume design by Mima Mohamed, décor by Wael Abdallah and directed by Sameh Bassiouny (Performances run daily, 10pm).

Qawaaid Al-Ashq Al-Arbaain (The Forty Rules of Adoration), a play based on Elaf Shafaq’s novel starring Bahaa Tharwat, Fawziya, Ezzat Zein, Dina Ahmed, singer Amira Abu-Zeid, religious chanter Samir Azmi, together with the Arab Mawlawiya troupe among others, with dramaturgy by Rasha Abdel-Moneim, music composed by Mohamed Hosni, décor by Mustafa Hamed, costume design by Maha Abdel-Rahman and Adel Hassan (Performances run daily except Tuesdays, 9.30pm).
