Beit Al-Seheimi Al-Muaaz St, Al-Darb Al-Asfar Alley, Al-Gamalya District, Tel 02 2591 3391 Every Sunday, 8.30pm: The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments, conducted by Abdel-Rahman Al-Shafaai, performs dances and songs from Upper Egypt on mizmar, tabla and other traditional musical instruments. Every Friday, 8.30pm: “Al-Aragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muaaz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.

Thurs 5, 10pm: The Walkman Show & friends will sing some acoustic original tunes while contemporary Arabic band Bahiyya will perform their renditions of classics by Egyptian icons.
Fri 6, 10pm: Two fantastic local DJs; sensational Lady Loulii and mixing guru Nour Fahmy.
Sat 7, 10pm: RT Nuba group of nine Nubian musicians will play old Nubian musical heritage while Ahmed Omar’s Africairo band bridges between Egyptian music and African music.
Sun 8, 10pm: Voice & Bass is a project that sees the fusion between the voice of Doaa El-Sebaii and the electric bass played by Samer George, performing a repertoire of jazz and other favorite melodies. Later on, AWE will bring their longstanding talent to the stage, delivering funk, blues and pop hits in the best possible way!
Mon 9, 10pm: Hisham Zahran and Sebzz will surprise the audience with heavy-weight sets.
Tues 11, 10pm: Karkadan is an Arabic rock band whose music and lyrics are inspired by Egyptian culture. Do’souka will give a performance their Arabic original indie pop tunes.
Thurs 12, 10.30pm: A rock and roll, blues and funk concert with Shady Ahmed, Bluezophrenia and Screwdriver.

Every Tuesday, 8pm (doors open at 7.30pm and reservations is canceled at 7.30pm): Mawawil and Gamalat Shiha present traditional music of the Nile Delta; Nubian Fadeka music and songs with Aragid, featuring Saleh Abbass and Farah Al-Masri; traditional Sudanese music and songs performed by Queen of Henna Settouna; Al-Jaafra music played by musicians from Aswan; Nass Makan (People from Makan) and Sanet perform traditional music from Eritrea. Every Wednesday, 8pm: Zar music and songs by Mazaher, featuring Umm Sameh, Umm Hassan and Nour Al-Sab.

Thurs 12, 8pm: New sketches by stand-up comedian Ali Qandil.

Sun 8, 7.30pm: Mustafa Hussein with his musical band mix traditional and folklore music, with Western music through presenting a collection of classical Arabic songs.
Thurs 12, 6 and 8pm: El-Sawy Culturewheel Puppet Theatre show revives the concerts of late diva Umm Kolthoum playing two of her best songs.
