Al-Leila Al-Kebira Puppet Theatre show starring the stars of the Cairo Puppet Theatre is presented as part of Hal Hilalak programme. It is written by the late Salah Jahin, composed by the late Sayed Mekawi, décor Mustafa Kamel, puppets designed by the late Nagui Shaker and directed by the late Salah Al-Sakka
(Performances run on Thursday 16 and Friday 17, 9pm).

Main Theatre
Al Hala Tawahan, (A state of disorientation), a play produced by the Comedy Theatre and tackles the issue of terrorism in a comic style starring Gamal Abdel-Nasser, Ashraf Meselhy, Reda Edris, Yasser Ezzat, written by Sayed Khater and Al-Sayed Ibrahim, and directed by Sayed Khater (Performances run daily except Tuesdays,7pm).   
Small Theatre
Tarnemat Al Falah Al Faseh (hymn of the eloquent farmer), a play casts Hany Abdel-Nasser, Hannan Al-Fayoumi, Wesam Mustafa, Maye Safwat, and many more. It is written by Mohamed Hamad and directed by Said Solieman (Performances run daily except Tuesdays starting Friday 10 May for two weeks, 10pm).

Set Al-Donia (Woman of the World), a play performed by Al-Shams (The Sun) Theatre Company for talents with special abilities and affiliated to the Artistic House of Theatre starring Ahmed Al-Dessouki, Mahmoud Said, Mariam Nasr with lyrics composed and written by Bilal Imam, décor and costumes by Heba Abdel-Hamid and directed by Mido Adam
(Performances run daily starting 13 to 22 May, 9.30pm).
 
Malak Opera Theatre

Khafif Al-Roh (Light-Spirited), a play celebrates the 100 anniversary of the 1919 Revolution telling stories from the revolution and others on the revolution leader Saad Zaghloul. It casts Ezzat Zein, Heba Qenawi, Essam Omar, written by Maysara Salaheddin, and directed by Adel Hassan (Performances run on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 7pm).

Shams Wa Qamar (Sun and Moon), a children play which is an adaptation of Tawfiq Al-Hakim's text Shams Al-Nahar starring among others Inas Nour, Sayed Gabr, singer Sameh Youssri and Mahmoud Hassan, written by Fatemah Younis and directed by Mahmoud Al-Alfy (Performances run daily except Mondays, 7pm).

Egyptian actor, writer and TV presenter Ahmed Amin presents
the Amin and Partners theatrical show in its first season, which starts with Al-Morgeha (The Swing) followed by El-Zefer Lel-Entag El-Fanny (El-Zefer for Art Production).  
Part of Amin's long-term project, which aims to shed light on new talents, Amin and Partners is set to stage a new play every weekend (Thursday and Friday), and will be screened on DMC TV channel.
Produced by Mohamed Gebeily and directed by Alaa Ismail, the 13-show series, which starts with Al-Morgeha will be carried by the crew from his famed TV show The Plateau

Al-Touq wa Al-Aswara (The Necklace and the Bracelet), a play produced by Taliaa Theatre Company starring Fatema Mohamed Ali, Martina Adel, Mahmoud Al-Zayat and many more. It is an adaptation of Yehia Al-Taher Abdullah's novel with dramaturgy by Sameh Mahran and directed by Nasser Abdel-Moneim
(Performances run starting Thursday 16 May for ten days, 9pm).

Khebtna (Our Failure) sarcastic theatrical performance is back upon the fan’s requests. It is casting actors Mohamed Sobhy, Aida Abdel-Aziz, as well as budding artists, written and directed by Mohamed Sobhy

Kaanak Tarah (As If You Are Seeing Him), a play written by Nesma Samir and directed by Maher Mahmoud (Performances run daily, 8pm).
