Sufra Dayma - Fruit assortment and biscuit creamy crunch

Serves 8-10

1 cup fresh fruit assortment (your choice, diced)
20-25 prepackaged plain sweet biscuits (your choice)
500 gm pouring cream
1 x 400 gm can sweetened condensed milk
100 gm unsalted shelled pistachios (crushed)

Layer assorted fresh fruits to fill the base of a rectangular serving dish, in one layer.  Place biscuits inside a plastic bag and crush them into bite sizes, by means of a rolling pin.  Add them to top fruits.  Using an electric blender, beat cream for a few moments.  Add condensed milk to cream and beat together until well combined.  Spread cream mixture evenly on top of crushed biscuits, by means of a spatula.  Sprinkle pistachios on top.  Refrigerate before serving, or serve immediately.
