Linguini Pasta with Crab Meat

Ingredient:
250 gms pasta
200 gms shredded crab meat (cooked or packed)
2 cups parsley leaves (coarsely chopped)
2 pods red hot chilli (deseeded and chopped)
2 tsp crushed garlic
150 ml fresh lemon juice
Salt + pepper
Olive oil (Extra Virgin)
Method:
Boil linguini al dente. Drain, rinse, drain. Bring back to pan and drizzle with olive oil. In another pan, add some oil to heat. Stir fry the chilli and garlic. Stir in the parsley only to wilt. Add crab meat. Stir to mix well. Season to taste and add lemon juice. Pour over pasta and stir to heat through. Serve with a rich garden salad.
