WAKE UP AMERICA!

A thousand-strong march in New York defied government policy and condemned the ongoing US-led occupation of Iraq, three years after the launch of the invasion. Protesters unified their calls with slogans attacking the US administration's actions in Latin America and the Middle East, while denouncing President George W Bush for violating the domestic agenda. Since the start of the invasion, 2,313 US soldiers have been killed in Iraq, while at least 100,000 civilians have died in the violence
