PRESIDENT Hosni Mubarak flew to Libya on Monday to meet Libyan leader Mouamar Gaddafi. The two leaders discussed a wide range of regional Arab and African affairs. There was a special emphasis on the situation in Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq. The two leaders also debated the Darfur crisis and both men stressed the importance of Sudan's territorial integrity and sovereignty. They also touched on bilateral issues especially the prospects of increased trade and economic relations. Accompanying President Mubarak were Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul-Gheit, Minister of Investments Mahmoud Moheiddin, and Minister of Trade and Industry Rachid Mohamed Rachid.
